Motivated by the experiences of Arsène Lupin, honorable man hoodlum Assane Diop decides to vindicate his dad for a foul play exacted by a well off family.

Lupin Plot

Assane Diop plans the burglary of an expensive neckband from the Louver, which his dad was blamed for taking from the Pellegrini family 25 years sooner. He enrolls the assistance of a gathering of loansharks to whom he owes cash. Under the nom de plume Paul Sernine, Assane goes to the bartering for the accessory and wins. The advance sharks deceive him and take the accessory, however their escape goes astray and they are captured.

Assane starts questioning his dad’s blame and stands up to Juliette Pellegrini. He gets himself put in prison so he can address Étienne Comet, a man who worked at the jail library during his dad’s detainment. A debilitated Comet drives Assane to a duplicate of The Confessions of Arsène Lupin, with comments from his dad illuminating the expression “I’m honest—caught by Anne Pellegrini”.

In the wake of discovering that Inspector Dumont was accountable for the situation against his dad, Assane abducts the now-Commissioner Dumont from City Hall and attempts to separate an admission from him about his dad’s demise. Glimmering back 25 years, a more youthful Dumont communicates his questions about Babakar’s blame. He begins to presume Hubert Pellegrini, who had as of late expanded the neckband’s protection strategy.
