Space Force Plot

The series follows a group of people tasked with establishing the United States Space Force, the sixth branch of the United States Armed Forces.

Space Force Narrative

The Air Force’s Lieutenant General Mark Naird has been promoted to full four-star general and hopes to take over as Chief of Staff. He is, however, named the first Chief of Operations of the United States Space Force, a branch of the Air Force led by his adversary, General Kick Grabaston. His family has relocated to Wild Horse, Colorado, including daughter Erin and wife Maggie, so that he can work at the new base there.

The Space Force is preparing to launch Epsilon 6, a new satellite, into orbit one year later. Mark is constantly confronted with obstacles and adversaries, Erin despises her new home, and Maggie is now imprisoned. Against the advice of his advisors and scientists, including Space Force scientist Dr. Adrian Mallory, Mark orders the launch of Epsilon 6. Epsilon 6 successfully enters orbit in front of a delegation of prominent members of Congress, despite initial reservations.

After removing the solar panels from Epsilon 6, Mark and Adrian devise a plan to reattach them to the spacecraft before their orbital trajectories separate them too much. Mark decides to use Marcus, a chimp, and Theodore, a dog, who were in orbit for a promotional mission, despite other suggestions from his science team.
