The Punisher Plot

Following his family’s death at the hands of a gang of violent criminals, Frank Castle seeks vengeance and punishes those responsible for his misfortune.

After taking vengeance on those responsible for his family’s death, former Force Recon Marine Frank Castle, renowned across New York City as “the Punisher,” discovers a broader plot beyond what was done to him and his family in the first season.

The Punisher Nattative

As the “Punisher,” Frank Castle hunts down and destroys the final members of the gangs that murdered his family. Six months later, he is awakened every morning at 3:00 a.m. by dreams about his family’s deaths. Castle spends most of his time laboring, tearing down an old structure. This infuriates the other employees, who are denied overtime pay as a result of Castle’s efforts.

He also pays a visit to Curtis Hoyle, a veteran with whom Castle served before the death of his family, and adds that his time in Afghanistan included some acts that he did not want to disclose. Donny Chavez, a new worker, strives to befriend Castle and demonstrates his eagerness to please the other staff. He offers to assist them in stealing money from a local gang, but he inadvertently betrays his true identity to the thugs.

A man calling himself “Micro” begins chasing Castle from the building where he murdered the criminals. He phones Castle and instructs him to examine a disk he had left for Castle at his old family home; the disk has film of Castle and his unit torturing and murdering Madani’s colleague Ahmad Zubair in Kandahar.
