The Undoing Plot

Grace, a therapist who is about to publish her first novel, discovers some shocking revelations and must act quickly to protect herself and her son.

The Undoing was the first HBO show to gain viewers every week throughout the season, and it was the most popular US show to debut on Sky in the United Kingdom.

The Undoing Narrative

Grace grows increasingly concerned about her husband and attempts to locate him. Jonathan is no longer employed at the hospital, according to a visit and questioning by Detective Joe Mendoza. His dismissal is the result of allegations of inappropriate contact with Elena. Elena’s husband, Fernando, is found to have an alibi, making Jonathan the prime suspect.

When Grace returns home, she discovers the police conducting a search and seizure and learns that they intend to conduct a paternity test on Elena’s infant daughter. Grace takes Henry to their beach house to avoid media attention. Jonathan surprises Grace by admitting his infidelity but insisting that he did not murder Elena. As Jonathan hugs Henry, Grace calls the police.

Jonathan is apprehended by police who arrive by helicopter. Jonathan is the father of Elena’s daughter, according to the detectives. After a brief court appearance, he is arrested and taken to jail. Grace is confronted by Fernando. She later reports the incident to the police, stating that she felt threatened. Grace is informed that she is also a suspect, and she inquires as to why. The police then play a video from an outside camera taken on the night of the murder, which shows the location of the murder.
