Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse Plot

Seeking vengeance for the murder of his pregnant wife, an elite Navy SEAL uncovers a covert plot that threatens to engulf the US and Russia in a full-fledged war.

The plot revolves around John Kelly, a US Navy SEAL who embarks on a mission of vengeance after his pregnant wife and unit members are assassinated by Russian hitmen.

Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse Narrative

Senior Chief Petty Officer John Kelly leads a team of US Navy SEALs in rescuing a CIA operative held hostage by a suspected pro-Assad paramilitary group in Aleppo, Syria. When the SEALs discover that the kidnappers are Russian military, which CIA officer Robert Ritter denies, the situation becomes even worse.

Three months later, several members of the team are assassinated undercover by Russian FSB agents in apparent retaliation for their role in the mission. The Russians murder Kelly’s pregnant wife Pam when they break into his house. Before being rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, Kelly kills all but one of the assailants.

Kelly and Greer join a CIA black ops team in Murmansk to prepare for a HALO jump into Russia. After being attacked by a Russian fighter, their plane crashes into the Barents Sea. Kelly dives into the wreckage in search of essential items, including a zodiac boat. When the team arrives in Murmansk, they come across Ritter, who Kelly believes is behind the intelligence leaks. Ritter swears he has nothing to do with it and leads the team to Rykov.
